I'm watching game grumps and ashens already, but i've newer heard of Fitzthistlewits, Two Best Friends Play, Ulillillia, Penguinz0 or Roseplaysgames before...

I never really hear about most of them either. But, I do recognize some of them like PewDiePie, SmoshGames, Game Grumps, and Ashens. Looks like someone has to investigate if the list true. :/
Penguinz0 isn't much of a lets player at all. He's more of a "Lets play this incredibly random game while I say what's on my mind". That said, he's the best guy playing video games on YouTube EVER!!! You are missing out, sir. That guy has made me bust my guts so many times they hurt. Plus, he really does donate all the money he gets from his youtube partnership to charities. A different one every time. I absolutely adore that man! <3

Welp, it's an open list. Anyone can add/vote anonymously without registrering.
Perhaps these "let's players" made all their friends vote for them or something.
Only way to make the the list accurate, would be to get more votes from unbiased people... or make a new list.

at the current time: TheStrawHatNo. The fact that they only have about 2000 subscribers is just unfair. Seriously, just look up their Agent Under Fire Let's Play where they make fun of how ridiculous that game is, it's amazing.
My usual answer beyond that would be Nintendocaprisun but his bizarre decision in the past year or two to play old school JRPGs and expect old school JRPG battles to be compelling to watch kinda hurts that.
I watch a lot of EpicNameBro's older videos on Dark/Demon Souls still.
I wish he would finish the playthroughs he starts on other games too. He started a FFVI playthrough and he was really indepth with the lore and information about the game, but he only did 2 videos on it.
respect to @Phatosaurus - EpicNameBro really knows his stuff and he's passionate about his games. I first discovered him while looking for a Ys Origins Let's Play, and I found his Souls plays to be engaging even though I didn't play Souls at the time (I just watched it to check it out). He mostly plays Souls and JRPGs though, so perhaps that's why I found him so engaging.
Plus, his RNG series is comparable in merit to Egoraptor's Sequelitis which gets way more praise in internet circles. I actually find the RNG series to be a bit more interesting, because it's more in depth and a little less obnoxious.
As for other Let's Players I like - Chuggaaconroy's Let's Plays are fantastic only when there's an RNG involved, because that guy is incredibly lucky and reacts in the funniest ways. Niichts is a really goofy and lighthearted TF2 player, and he has so much fun with the game that I still watch him even though I stopped playing TF2 a while ago. Phil/FelixDeckett does cool Megaman no-damage and Kirby runs, and his YOLO series was pretty cool (hinthint, bring it back, Phil!).
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
THe only ones I recognized are Smosh Games and Pewdiepie. Kinda surprised that Roham Mythril isnt on that list which is another one I watch. I also like CinnamonToastKen.
