Which one should i get with my money?

PS2 - Huge selection of great games. If you want to play older games from the PS1 days you can (another huge selection).
PSP - I do not own one but it has some excellent games from what I have been told by friends.
Do you prefer consoles or handhelds ? Outweigh which you think your going to enjoy the most.

PS2, no contest.

Save up and get a PS3. If you are unwilling, get a PS2.

since i like handhelds better, i say PSP. The games i have are fun to me (i have only 4 lol), you can find a lot of old games collections, too.
there are more games (and cheaper) for the ps2, though.

PS2 - Better system. More games. Cheaper. Better games. You can also play PS1 games on it.

Do you want an Playstation 3? If not, then defindently the Playstation 2. It's my favorite non-Nintendo Console.

This is a really strange question...I'd undoubtedly take a PS2 over a PSP any day, though.

The only benefit PSP has against the PS2 is portability. Other than that, the graphics are just as good and the library is a billion times better.

I've owned both in my life, and I have to say....go for the PS2.

Really depends on what you're looking for. Are you looking for a portable gaming device? If so, get a PSP. If mobility isn't something you desire in a system, I'd say get a PS2. There is a HUGE catalog of games, most of which can be had really cheap now. The fact that you can buy a new console for just under $100 is a huge plus as well. I'm buying one (or possibly two) extra machines (probably get one that is refurbished) so my PS2 catalog remains relevant for a long time to come.

Buy a PS2, theres no contest. It has the best library of games of any console (at least IMO), and the games and the system are dirt-cheap nowadays. It can also play the entire PS1 library.

Have to say Ps2. Especially if you've never owned one. I was late to the ps2 party and there are so so so many great games on the system.
Number2 console of all time. Just behind the Wii IMO

Buy a Dreamcast.
