You hated one of the very best game of all time?

That game is very close to my heart, you see!

Elder Scrolls games and Halo series. I get angry every time playing these games, trying to figure out where's the thing that's supposed to make these games so good.

@Maskeraid has a good point, a game should never be judged before it's played through.

I don't have timne to play a bad game to completion, though. My theory is that if you're 20% into a game and its not enjoyable yet, it's not a good game. If at least 20% is good, then it's good enough. Then I'll just keept rejudging the game every percent afterwords. If I get to the end and I'm still enjoying it, then it's a masterpiece.

Another one: Mafia (I think it's known as Werewolf everywhere else). That game where you're given cards that determine your secret role and have to bluff everyone to death. I hate those games but I like how they're at least pretty social, so I play along. I'm downright awful at the more strategic variants though.

Mine too. It was actually my first Final Fantasy, as well as the first RPG I ever actually played all of the way through.

There has been a number of games that I forced myself to play because I bought them thinking they were good and I had to stick with them even though I wasn't getting any joy out of the experience. L.A. Noire is a recent one.
And for some reason I inevitably end up playing Grand Theft Auto games (though always five or six years after their release) even though I know I don't like GTA games - usually they come with the system everytime I buy a second hand console or stuff like that. I've never played COD in my life but I think I've played most GTAs.
