The thing is that eShop and Virtual Console details aren't going to sell the console. Sure a few people may be a little concerned about it but Nintendo has deemed the information not important at this time. I'm sure when the console releases we will figure out all the minor stuff ourselves and whatever else questions we have may or may not be answered later. It's frustrating yeah but we will have to wait and see I guess.
To be fair eShop details aren't that important to most people. We all know what a digital store is and how they work. The worries I have are around whether VC will be available day one and if it's limited to just NES and SNES games for the time being, based on what's said about the planned paid services later this year.

We all know how a digital store SHOULD work, but Nintendo's digital stores have never worked that way with a proper account system. I don't think it is fair to say that eShop details aren't important to people, because there is a significant population of people with concerns for how Nintendo releases and manages accounts and digital content.
As much as I'd like to get some Switch games that might be digital only releases, I don't intend to spend a penny in the eshop until Nintendo clarifies the account system satisfactorily - No more games tied to systems.
If Nintendo can adopt paid online and Day 1 DLC, it can jolly well adopt industry standard accounts too.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
