I'm a big fan of indie games, so part of my purchasing plans for Switch includes buying a chunk of eShop credit to pick up some indie titles to supplement BotW. I am slightly frustrated by the continued silence from Nintendo on the eShop and available titles (and VC for that matter!), but I'm confident that they are building up to a big reveal with a healthy roster to supplement the retail releases at launch.
With that in mind I thought it might be useful to create a thread to keep track of indie games coming to Switch, some of them presumably as launch titles. Here's a few to start, feel free to add more...
(Please note that many of the trailers I have linked below are not necessarily the Switch specific version, just the best trailer I could find for the title. If/when Switch specific trailers arrive I will try and update them!)
I will be buying most of these, seems the Switch is a good and easy console to develop for, a good move by Nintendo. I'd love to see Don't Starve on the Switch too.
I'll be buying Shovel Knight (again!),Binding of Isaac (finally, had enough excuses to delay playing that game), Yooka Laylee, probably Rime and either Redout or Fast RMX. Solid indie lineup. Hope this keeps up,so I don't have to play my indie games on pc.
