hmm... I have 4 games which start with numbers - I wonder if it's possible to start with all 10 numbers.
I have a game that begins with a square root symbol (Root Letter). Beat that. (there might be at least one another game, Root Film, that's done that too, but I don't have that to confirm)
I had a weirdly large number of Vs, one of which is of course VVVVVV.
I had that on 3DS, but didn't see the need to double-dip, though since you've mentioned it, I might add it back to my wishlist and pick it up if it drops to a couple of bucks.
I have a few Japanese games as well, but none of them would begin with any elusive letters if romanised.
So I'm on Nintendo's website, looking through the 17,000+ NA entries alphabetically.
For games starting with symbols it has:
", #, ', -, ., /, and... circle? (no square root symbol — different region?)
Also a few Japanese characters
All numbers are possible, but if you want 5 your only choice is 5 in 1 Classics: Fashion Bubble Mania which just came out a month ago so the numbers have only recently finished.
There were 86 Z games: going through the list made me realize Zapling Bygone was one I was actually interested in.
Only 25 X games so not much choice for non-xenoblade fans. XEL interested me at one point but the reviews were pretty bad.
Damn. What an irritatingly cool collection idea. I can't resist checking mine now.
The only letter I'm missing is Q. I've got 3 different numbers (1, 5, 9) and even a # (#RaceDieRun). Only one I to my surprise (Infini). My Z is Zaccaria Pinball which I bought tables for just yesterday!
@FishyS If you include EU names, Clubhouse Games is 51 Worldwide Games here. That's how I got my 5! 1 is 13 Sentinels and 9 is 911 Operator.

My only Z is Zombie Blast Crew, which I got for free and have only played a little bit of but it seems like a decent game. The only letters I'm missing are Q and U.
Hah I thought I was the only goofball who wanted a Switch physical game for every letter of the alphabet! Q was tough, till Quake became available. I filled the Z spot with Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
J was a bit of a challenge, too, but I have JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, and eventually LRG will ship my copy of Jamestown+ (I hope).
