Hmmm... I thought Santa was dead. When I was about 6yo, in 1st grade, one of the older kids at the bus stop told me Santa was killed by a kick in the balls. Of course, after school, I went straight home and asked my mom what "balls" were. True story!

@PoliticallyIncorrect that's actually what happened but they, er, he went into hiding. He's back now and he's tired of people not acknowledging his holiday dominence.

@BloodNinja I don't know how I missed your reply earlier but I just caught it. That's kind of what I thought would happen, it seems like the goal of the complaint is to seek reparations and reform Activision's employee culture so it doesn't seem like a criminal case (at the time of my writing).

My two cents: if this is all true, and there is so much evidence to prove it, this company has almost completely lost their opportunity for redemption. This suit is a good chance for all companies to take a look in the mirror to see if they can do better too.

Activision employe petition had reached 2600 signatures and over 50 employees plan to host an in person event outside Blizzard HQ tommorow, as well as officially going on strike

Can confirm that it's happening right now, looked like well over a hundred people showed up.

Activision bought out by Microsoft, perhaps they will clean house, as it were.

Definitely what a lot of us are hopeful for, "Under New Management".

I'm not all that fussed about Activision Blizzard's IPs but the brand has been in free fall for a while now, this could salvage it if Microsoft reins it in.
They've been good to Nintendo too with knowing where and when to exercise their IP, so maybe some better treatment of the Crash and Spyro IPs.

@johnvboy Thats what I'm hoping for as well, Hopefully we never have a repeat of what happen'd at activision, and overall, better treatment.

Nintendo as been pretty close with microsoft, so i'm not too worry'd about it, but sony on the other hand is about to get shafted.

I am all in for MS - Blizzard!!!
