Topic: vBulletin Help!

Alright,So I Bought vBulletin. (I used some money My Rich Cousin gave me. )
And I don't know how to start a Forum Website with it.
Any Help would be accepted.

I dont know how to set it, but you need a place to host the page.

As for setting VBulleting, I dont know

Tip: Dont use VBulleting... (use Acmlm Board XD instead )

But vBulletin is like the best forum hosting software out there.

Just because it is expensive, it doesn't mean is good...but its better than most of the forum software (better than proboards for sure)
Acmlm board XD (ABXD) is free, and its not as bloated as vbulleting with useless features, and can be customized in ways you cant with vbulleting.

Anyway, another thing to remember if you want to set a forum, you will need a host, a computer that can handle the server, and time to moderate it.

You bought something you have no idea how to configure, use or run?

Please tell me for all that money it at least comes with a tutorial...

I can install it for you. I don't understand why you opted to use a vBulletin when there's a lot of CMS choices out there that's free. Joomla (Ebay, Barnes & Noble, Ikea websites), Wordpress (The New York Times, Montley Crue websites), Drupal (The White House, Battlefield Heroes, Nissan websites) & PHP Nuke are free to download. Simple Machines Forum CMS looks better than vBulletin & it's free.

This is a problem. He should have done his research first before getting into something he doesn't have a clue on how it works.

All I need to know is how to "Upload" and "Install" the files.
The rest I know how to do.
