Topic: 3DS circle pad grey rubber got removed

While playing with my circle pad with SteelDiver Sub wars, the grey rubber got removed and I was shocked. I tried using glue and while it worked, its only temporarily. So I want to know whether you're suppose to play the 3DS with the rubber or without the rubber because its clear that the rubber was probably for the protection. Any solutions aside calling Nintendo for repair?

Keep your fingernails trimmed so they dont ripoff the cover, don't use sharp objects on it. Other then that you are probably going to either have to buy another one or contact Nintendo for a repair.

you could try getting those stick on grips they have at like eb games and stuff
