It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
We don't give presents at christmas in my family but we do celebrate the Dutch tradition of St. Nicholas eve (Dec. 5th), which is similar. The only VG-related thing I've put on my list this year is a points card. The rest is mostly books and DVD's.

As far as games go Super Mario All-Stars is on my list (mostly because I've never played SMB 2 or Lost Levels and it seems like a nice package all round) and Rock Band 3 with the Keyboard as I play a bit of keyboard in real life and pro mode looks fantastic to me! Professor Layton and the Lost Future (or Unwound Future to you Americans) is also on my wishlist, but hopefully I'll have got that before Christmas.
As far as things other than games go what I really want is this or this. I may be 18 years old, but I still love Lego! I've got at least one Lego set for Christmas every year for as long as I can remember and I don't intend to stop that any time soon!
Ahhh, I remember the days of being a kid and being incredibly and extremely excited for christmas. My brother and I would spend hours slowly flipping through the giant Christams Toys R us(whichever) Toy Catalogues, with christmas tunes playing in the background while our mom was baking christmas cookies. We'd even cut what we wanted out of the catalogue and paste the toys on our Christmas Lists. Aghhh, at times like these i really do wish I were a kid again. The night before christmas was a struggle, a struggle sleeping that is due to excitement. And when you did actually fall asleep and you wake up early in the morning, you feel totaly confused. As if you didn't even fall asleep at all. Then I'd wake my brother up, or he'd wake me up and we'd dive in the living room shaking with excitement. We couldn't resist opening up our stocking stuffers, but we always had to knock on out parents door to ask of course.
I always love making a wishlist while Christmas tunes are playing and someone is making cookies. (Ginger cookies to be specific)

Yours is a little different than My younger brother and I for looking at Christmas Catalogs back in the 1980's and early 1990's. The Christmas lists were done before Christmas music started playing on the radio. My
My parents wanted those lists done by mid November for Shopping purposes and the fact my parents had us doing for Christmas besides doing homework.
My mom had my younger and I help her with making Christmas Cookies after the week after thanksgiving. My dad had my younger brother and I help him decorate the house including passing Christmas bulbs to dad for putting on the artificial Christmas tree we had. My dad started the Christmas decorating the weekend Thanksgiving ends or the week after that if I remembered right.
