@GuSilverFlame cool!

Anyway, I just found out that you can use underlined text here... o.o There was actually a formatting thing at NL I still didn't know about? How could this happen?

@Gioku: The one thing you need to make sure to do is keep everything consistent. If the idle animation has more frames than the running animation, it might come across as odd.

We'll see how it looks in action.

Such as, the jump sprite only has one frame.

Dang, now I'm having programming issues again... >.<
I seem to have forgotten how to do something as simple as drawing the player... I can't get the running animation to work properly... >.<
Hopefully I can sort this out easily, like my last issue...

My Katie didn't die. I know it's (all) just a joke, but could you kindly stop saying she did? Hope I don't come across as petty and such. It's just one of those things where you think "oh great, Katie is brought up, so this will inevitably get mentioned" .

Thanks guys.

I hope you understand what I mean.

I miss that movie. And yes, it looks brilliant.

That and The Road to El Dorado are probably my favorite DreamWorks films.

OK, I'm taking it more slowly this time... jumping works perfectly now! So that's one part done.
if place_free(x,y+1) {
draw_sprite_ext(char_03,image_index,x,y,dir,1,0,image_blend,image_alpha);
}
I made it much less complicated than I was doing before, and it works now! ...now to move on to running...

I really liked that movie growing up, though Chel is all I remember from it anymore.
