Pretty true, imo. Hopefully this'll mean an improved quality, the show still has a bit of potential.

I didn't even know The Simpsons was still on. Lost interest in that one about a decade ago.

i remember the heyday of The Simpsons, and i'd honestly rather have no Simpsons at all than the bland, tasteless crap they're trying to pawn off on us now. ah well, it's their gravy train to wreck, i guess.

I'm glad they came to an agreement.
They've still had some pretty good shows recently. It's not all bad.
At least let it reach 25 years.
If people think Simpsons is tasteless what's keeping southpark and family Guy on the air after all these years?
If anything Simpsons is the most tame and laid back of them all.
Not the shocking vulgar show it once was thought to be.

I think the newer episodes of American Dad are pretty good. Definitely better than the new episodes of Family Guy.

I just couldn't get into the latest episodes, but I agree that American Dad's new season is better than Family Guy's new season.
