I thought the games ending song was hillarious

I like Still Alive is better than Want You Gone.

But if you're talking about the sentry turret song, I agree, that was hilarious.

Also, they way they ended it means they don't have to make a 3. They ended it in a way that seems to close up everything. As much as I'd love to see a sequel, I don't see a sequel happening without a) not continuing the story (i.e. by having a different test subject) or b) by ruining Portal 2's ending.

Also, do we know any concrete details of F-STOP? I hope we find out what it is this E3.

I think they could mAke a portal 3 here's an cheap Idea for a 3rd portal maybe GLaDOS and the other core somehow find the main character saying GLaDOUS found some aliens or something coming to earth and you try and stop them with all the portal stuff this a lame idea but Valve could make it better

I fail to see how puzzles would work around that. Also, that doesn't seem like Portal's style. Sounds like there's hardly any testing.

The lyrics to Still Alive are way better, but I like the sound of Want You Gone more. Either way JoCo is awesome.

That one action of GLaDOS giving Chell the charred Companion Cube back spoke volumes about their relationship and GLaDOS' character. One of the best moments in a video game and I would hate to see Valve ruin that moment with a Chell-back-at-Aperture sequel.

Is Portal 1 or 2 better I've only played 2

Hey I just thought of a new way to continue the portal saga instead of chell being the main character you play as youre avatar or your own created character for other systems but for the 360 you could use your avatar but as your character it starts off where you are waking up and you are in the same room you start off in portal 1 GLaDOS starts talking to you but you don't hear whwat she is saying because you are having a flashback of something not clear but glLados makes you start testing because the 2 robots she used tryed to betray her do she disposed of them and didn't wanna take the risk of that happening agian so she found you on th ground near the shed to where you enter apture in portal 2 so she brought you in and now she's testing you you try and remeber you're past That has to do with apture but iyou're not sure what but that's all I got right now it's not completely thought out yet but I may come up with something but I think it. Be a pretty ingteresting way to continue the series

Short answer: no. Long answer: noooooooooooo. Valve is too good of a developer to run a series into the ground. They make endings the way they are for a reason. Portal 2 had a great closed ending, it didn't at all suggest a sequel, that story is done. Trust me, the Portal series is great, but we just don't need a whole lot more, that's where the modders come in. Also, Valve's stories aren't centered around the player, per se, but everyone else. Learning about yourself just isn't Valve's style. Also, Valve is a PC developer, and PS3 was lucky to get Steam support like it did, so there's no way of seeing avatars or something like that. Also, we need more of this guy

Yeah, so long as DLC support starts being more frequent (which I hope will be the case when the the level creator, and subsequantly the supposed user created level packs for consoles, are released) Portal is pretty much done for now.

Though I would still like to see a Portal game where you can use it in a more open, enhabited environment.

Could anyone see a new Portal exclusive to come out for the Xbox live arcade where it's just more puzzles and a little story line with Atlas and Peabody for multiplayer and for single player you could play as your avatar With a short story and it could cost around 800 Microsoft points

Simplistic it may be, but it's still amazing how much the average player will be able to do (i.e. even I could make a cool level if I tried).
