Words cannot describe the hate I feel towards PETA and their borderline militant vegetarianism.

The animal rights fascists are up to games again, eh? I remember when they did that Cooking Mama parody. Needless to say, I won't be playing this. I understand what PETA are trying to do but honestly, they clearly haven't heard of "toning it down" just a little. I hate them a lot and they're so rude when it comes to other people's opinion

This is... suprisingly playable. But it's still god-awful PETA crap.

Also; big official charity brand using Nintendo brands without any licensing or permission? They don't even seem to have anything to say against Nintendo, just shamelessly ripping off their main franchise for their own ends (and profit, by extension). Hell, Mario himself features in the opening cutscene. With random troll dialogue about his games all being spin-offs. For no apparant reason. DO I HEAR A LAWSUIT?

I'm actually considering finding an e-mail address to Nintendo that deals with this sort of thing. And then watch the fun from a distance. Anyone with me?

...I doubt Nintendo gave PETA (a charitable organisation - and exempt from parody laws if I recall) permission to use mario and Luigi's likeness though.

Actually sent Nintendo's legal department an e-mail about this. Think I may have sent to the wrong address though (after re-reading it would seem I sent an e-mail to whoever controls claims of copyright infringement against Nintendo, not the other way around. But couldn't find any more suitable address other than generic customer services).
I'm not normally one to point the finger and whine to copyright departments about things I have no involvement in, but PETA actually manage to cross the line beyond being so stupid it's funny and go straight back into the sea of horrific depravity and propaganda. Although I seriously doubt anything will come of it, I'd like to see them dumped back in their place and penalized for once.

POWER TO THE PEOPLES. Or power to the Miis. Or something. Um. Yes.

I think is just a matter of time for Nintendo to sue them.

There's a scene in the KFC game where Yoshi refuses to let Mario saddle him. This is a true PETA belief - that horses shouldn't be forced to carry humans.

Pfffffft. Someone go inform PETA that Yoshi isn't a god damned horse.

He's an animal though (albeit a fictional animal from a videogame)that's being subjugated AGAINST HIS WILL at the whim of the Mario brothers.

They seem to have some issue with the Mario brothers that I can't quite put my finger on...

Oh yeah. The Mario brothers are Italian, Italians eat spaghetti and meatballs and are therefore responsible and even complicit in the murder of innocent animals. And even if they didn't they still drunk milk as babies and saddle Yoshi against his will.

So PETA made ANOTHER extremely bloody and violent flash game to say "THIS IS UNHEALTHY & EVIL!!! 61!!!" while at the same time ripping-off/promoting NSMBW?
