Super Mona Driver Championship

Plot: Mona is riding on her scooter delivering another pizza. The cops chase her again, but she makes it to her destination on time. However when she returns to Mona Pizza, a TV is seen on the TV, a veteran race car driver racing for the IRC (International Racing Committee) crashed during race. Manager Joe tells her about the bad news. Mona approaches Wario and talks to him about the veteran racer’s crash. Wario thinks that Mona should become a race car driver since it’s a good way for him to make money and we all know that he loves money. Wario says to Mona that she would be a great race car driver, but Mona hasn’t underwent any race training yet. So, he shows Mona an ad in the newspaper for the WarioWare Inc. Racing School. A day later, Wario takes Mona to the WarioWare Test Track, thus beginning the training stage for the game. Wario was impressed about Mona’s ability to drive and thinks that she’ll do well in the IRC. However, there is one problem. No female has ever entered the IRC. Mona enters the Showroom Stock division of the IRC and his racing team is called Mona Pizza Racing. Wario hires Dribble and Spitz to become his two engineers, but he doesn’t have a car, so he looks in the newspaper to look for a car. This where you would buy your first car of choice in Story Mode. Mona enters the Showroom Stock division and thus, the game begins.

Note: In this game, she wears her racing outfit throughout the entire game (With the exception of the beginning cutscene and the Training Stage) and she looks like this.

Graphics: This game has graphics that look similar to Ridge Racer Type 4 as it supposed to be throwback to the arcade style racers.

Gameplay: This game is a throwback to the arcade style racers of the 90’s with simulation elements. In this game, you play as Mona (As stated in the Story Mode’s plot) and you race against other racers from around the world. In Story Mode, you start off in the Showroom Stock division with a limited amount of gold coins, but you earn more gold coins as the game progresses and you pay gold coins for entry fees in different divisions of the IRC (With the exception of the Classics Division) . Meaning that each division has a different class of car. The Classics Division is an invitational race meaning that if you do good enough, you will be invited to participate in the classic car races of the IRC.
