Well, I just don´t understand what is the f-word problem sending something whereever??? The buyer usually pays for shipping. What is the problem in the first place? You take the item to the post office but you can´t add a country line to the adress field? Amazing. No need to answer.
@Mange: there's plenty of sellers that have been burned by shipping overseas, whether by the people involved or by the mail handling service, and they just don't want to deal with it anymore. It definitely sucks, but they gotta do what they gotta do in order to run a successful business. :/

[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!
There are also some regulations and restrictions on shipping technical components out of the country, regardless of application. Try sending a crate of PS3s to Iran.
Sometimes the manufactured or dealer just doesn't want the hassle of getting the customer to agree to the terms and conditions for international shipping.

This is 100% correct as I sell on eBay and Amazon regularly to supplement my income and have been screwed a few times when I dealt with people in other countries. It only takes one bad person to ruin a good thing for the good people out there.
I too buy a lot from around the world using ebay, have never had troubles, apart from that uk post seem slower than the rest. Found an option regarding my eeprom. Hopefully it will find it´s way to me.
