Topic: How long have you been a member?

SonicMaster here. How long ago did you join nintendo life? For me, it's been a bumpy 1 year, 2 weeks, and 4 days since May 16, 2009.

Almost a year, I think. I remember my first days here, as a troll.

Ahh, the VC-R days. I remember back then how I would actually have thoughtful debates with people. Now I just troll.

yeah, i remember you were trollin' hard back when you showed up :3

anyway, i first hit up VC Reviews back when we got our Wii in mid-'07 'cuz i wanted to see what was good out on the service for me to download... i'd visit every so often to check out what'd just come out and what news was breaking and all that, lol. didn't bother registering a username until VCR and WWW merged, though.

late 2006. i was here when it was called VC Archive and we didn't need to register to post comments but every comment had to be read by a staff member before it went on the site. i didn't even have my Wii online back then but I enjoyed talking about the games and following the releases. i remember being banned from the site for posting an opinion about a game I clearly hadn't played. i also quite liked the old magazine review scans of games that had come to the VC. we didn't even have a forum back then. the only way we could commicate with others was via the game pages.

I was looking for WiiWare World where I read the Onslaught review and that seems like ages ago. And the search brought up this site. I browsed the forums. Unlike other sites there was not a lot of yelling at each other compared to sites like IGN. I forget what day, but it was a week or two ago.

1 year and counting. For some odd reason, though, it doesn't seem like anybody's cared at all.

The reason I found and joined the site was the Wii Ware reviews, I had been looking for reviews of Wii Ware games and didn't have much luck till I found this site, it seems most sites only review Wii games.
