I read about this yesterday. The way I see it, there are three possibilities:

• It's hacked
• He's faking it
• It really is haunted

Even if it isn't haunted, it's still creepy.

I also read this yesterday, and it is a made up story. He just 'hacked' the ROM of the game...

Yeah, it's fake. But anyway I started reading some of the other stuff on there, and I got to those stories about people seeing a picture online, and then dying. And then they posted that same picture with that "now that you've seen this a monster will come and get you" messages.
I hate those! D:

The pokémon creepypasta dumps all over this one - too unbelievable.

And judging by the blog comments, I wasn't the only one to spot one of the videos is from Ocarina of Time, despite claiming it is a Majoras Mask hack.

Well spotted, my friend. I still think it's a great story though. I am so telling this on Halloween.

Looks real to me, Why would anyone go through all of the trouble of writing all of that?

That being said, my hairs were standing up on my legs, but I'm quite easily spooked. It was probably me making it out to be scarier than it probably should be (just reading it).

I watched some of the first video but I didn't want to watch any more.

The thing that would have scared me the most was when he mentioned link lying there dead facing the screen with skull kid floating above him.
But the whole "mysterious old man who dissapears the next time I try to ask him" thing was generic and stopped the thing being beleivable

wow ... I'm never playing TLoZ:MM anymore ... He deleted BEN then the game said YOUR TURN ... creepy ... kinda made me want to watch Stay Alive though.

as an audio editor I can tell you that those videos are DEFINITELY edited. really impressive work, tho. cool idea and story.

Obviously a well written, and presented story come to think of it. But like any good story, I wanna see what happens next.

Props to Jadusable for this greatly written story, which was even better with videos. Have to say, that may have been the best creepy story I've ever heard/read. The creepiest part of the vids were when Link was staring straight at you.
