Halloween/October is my favorite time of year. Anyone got some big plans for the month or on Halloween night? I like to go to haunted houses every weekend of the month if there is any open in my small town. I'm looking forward to a Halloween party on Oct. 17th (dressing as Michaelangelo from the Ninja Turtles). Oh, I am 23, and I love being a kid again
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
Stopped doing Halloween when I was about 13, but I might bob apples with my nieces or something. Then for the rest of the evening I shall ignore the front door. Pesky kids!
Probably take the kinders trick or treating. Wife wants to do a shindig, but I think it'll be earlier than Halloween. Lotsa folks around my neighborhood don't want anything to do with the holiday since it's the "Devil's Day".....
It looks like I will be helping out my mom on the final Sunday of October from 1:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. for passing out treats. Trick or treat takes place on a Sunday afternoon in the city she lives in according to the laws the city has concerning trick or treating.
She needs someone to help her since over a 1,000 kids and teens trick or treat in the area she lives in. A lot of parents from different areas in the city go to the area she lives for trick or treating.
Going to have a huge costume party as usual and pick up tons of candy for the kiddies. I haven't been working out an hour a day for the past month and a half not to fit into a black Spidey costume. ($100, but it's quality material despite squeezing my junk)
"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
Is that what that is, Chicken Brutus? I thought it was a ... volatile creature of no name. As for me, I might change my avatar to fit the Halloween theme soon, and hand out treats to trick or treaters on that night.
i dont really know. i dont think im gonna be able to do any trick or treating. id LIKE to stay in and talk to my friend about past halloweens online(weve never spoke about that before), but i dont see that happening. im that boring XD
There's no Halloween tradition here but it's getting a bit more popular since the past say, ten years. But I don't care for it much anyway or our European Carnaval for that matter which is kinda similar, I hate all that cosplay stuff.
Last year was OFSAA Cross-Country, so it involved staying at the coach's sister's house, and ate some of their candy, as her children were crazy, good times.
This year sounds like it'll be spent doing nothing in particular.
