They did make a Sonic the Hedgehog movie. It went straight to video and it was.....Well imagine The Super Mario Brothers Movie with all the good/remotely entertaining parts taken out and replaced with even worse acting. Cube the result and you've got an idea of what the movie was like.

That movie has a love it or hate it thing going on. I love it, and the voices were hilarious. I will always picture Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles with those voices.

Sonic and Tails's voices were good, I didn't like Robotnik's though (I'm too used to hearing the version from Unleashed)
Oh, and I think Cave Story should be a movie. A beautiful, visual, HAND DRAWN(!!), animated movie. It would be amazing.
