This thread initiates a list created by you in which you suggest something to do (must be specific and worth mentioning) and when a bored person actually does it (be honest) he or her replies to the post where it is mentioned the action committed.
FE: I posted "Make a thread about doing things." I made the thread, so I reply to what I said.
