Topic: Favorite actors/actreses?

Robert Downey Jr. is the actor I'm most impressed with these days, though I think Phillip Seymore Hoffman is probably the most talented actor in the business right now. I've always been a huge Clooney fan as well. Ones that are catching my attention are Russel Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio. DiCaprio is pretty inconsistant, but when he's on his game he's damn impressive. As far as comedy goes, Christopher Guest and anybody in his comedy troupe (especially when their working in tandum), Ricky Gervais, Will Ferrel (sometimes) and Jason Bateman.

Actresses. Hmm...well Cate Blanchet is one of the more talented actresses working these days, as is Merryl Streep (obviously). Personally, I'm a big fan of Ellen Page (though a lot of that has to do with her extreme cuteness). For comedy: Tina Fey (though mostly as a writer), Kirsten Wiig, Amy Poehler and really any of the hillarious girls on Parks and Recreation.

Morgan Freeman. Denzel Washington. Russell Crowe.

Gerard Butler in Law Abiding Citizen. All ten people that played the Joker in Dark Knight.

Oh and actress wise I like Ellen Page, but mostly cause I think she's as cute as a button.

I really like Denzel Washington, he's number 1.
Not so many great actresses at the moment, like the one's you go and see a film for. But I guess Nicole Kidman is the best of the bunch.
