This is just a friendly reminder to anybody who still has Gold or Platinum status they want to get with Club Nintendo surveys. If you have any more surveys you want to do to get the Gold or Platinum yearly rewards, now's the time to do it, as the coins reset on June 30th. Then, coins you acquire will go toward 2013 rewards. Oh, and the coin values are changing, with quite a reduction in some cases. It would appear that Nintendo may feel they were too lax on rewarding coins, and were giving out too many gifts or something. So, there's also that reason for doing surveys now. VC game surveys, for example, are going down from 10 coins to 5.
Let's attack aggressively, kupo! :D

VC surveys are going down from 10 coins to 5?! Where's that wat da f@uq panty video when you need it!? Well, I'm platinum already so no worries.
It does kind of make sense, though. With the large number of people making digital purchases (and now that third party games are worth coins), there are probably more people building up large numbers of coins (and at a higher frequency). They're probably doing this, so the prize purchasing rate will go back down.

@Trverend: You confirm your shipping address once you receive the claim notification for the reward. This is usually shortly after the rewards are announced.
I got Platinum for the 4th year in a row on the same day I got my Game & Watch!
I've been Platinum for quite a while now. So when its July are they going to announce the Gold and Platinum rewards?
[/div]
I think the day the 'Club' year ends. I'm not too sure, last year was my first year so I'm not used to it, but I swear that it was the day the 'year' ended.
So It may just be Saturday.
...Of course, I could be utterly wrong and know little about the subject.

If they follow their usual tradition, they will announce Platinum prizes on July 1, and their website will go bananas from the overload of web traffic it will receive resulting in thousands of fingers impatiently drumming on their desks/keyboards/drum sets, as they wait for their login attempt to either succeed or fail so that they can either attempt to select their prize or re-attempt to log in. This is my forth year running platinum, and I can't wait to see what goodies they have lined up for us this year (I'll go on record and bet Gold members get a calendar ).
@TysonQ7, the Club Nintendo year does in fact end on every June 30th, and begins on July 1rst. Which is the same day those lists of game survey's decrease in Club Nintendo coin value. I'm wondering what new downloadable Club Nintendo rewards will be offered on July 1rst?

I was actually responding about the Gold/Platinum rewards. But thanks for the reminder!

Ok so this is my first year with Club Nintendo so please forgive me but I just received platinum status and I have 100 coins. So my questions are
1) Does the Platinum reward cost coins and if so how many
2) Do you lose any coins you haven't spent on July 1st?
[/div]
1) No, the platinum reward doesn't detract from your coin total.
2) No, not necessarily at least. Coins do expire eventually, though. If I recall correctly, they expire on the two years after you earn them, on July first of that year. For example, if you never spend the 100 coins you have now, they would expire on July 1, 2014, if I am remembering right.
