Topic: Blue Shell Theory?

Okay, so we all know about the dreaded blue spiky shell of death in Mario Kart, but where did it come from? The only koopas to have spikes on their shells are Bowser and Baby Bowser, any there are very few blue shelled koopas in the Mushroom Kingdom. The blue shell also has wings, making it a parakoopa, to my knowledge there are no blue parakoopas that have existed on screen yet. Is it possiable that Mario and his gang raise blue spiky shelled koopas just to take their shells and use them for kart-racing? What do you think? Let me know!

Actually, i never thought about that.
And judging by its power, its only fitting that it would come form a "higher up" koopa such as Bowser.

I would think that Blue Shells are actually a man-made resource in the Mushroom Kingdom that made the races more interesting, and is the reason why they are so rare. It takes time to produce a Blue Shell and program it correctly for their use so they are much more rare. But that is just a theory... a game theory lol

Have you seen in Super Mario World when a koopa who has been ejected from its shell goes back in and becomes a nearly invincible Koopa? And how the shell changes color intermitently? Here is what I am talking about

It seems Koopa shells have some unexplained powers, so this blue spiky shell could be something similar.
