Topic: Needs the "Online"-Sub to be splitted so strict?

i mean for example:
there is one topic for "Excitebike (EU)" & "Excitebike (NA)" while the game itself has no online regio-lock thinggy at all.
Don't gt me wrong. If a game is regio locked this makes totally sense, but otherwise it just clusters the sub-forum up and can get quite irretating for newcomer.

I agree. When there is lag (fighting games) I see the point to battle locally. But for racing games like Excitebike & Mario Kart there is only the time difference to take into account.
