Also 3 there were alot of secrets that you did not have to do. In ph hardly any extra things you can do.

PH was great IMO, the controls worked really well and made for some interesting if easy boss fights, in terms of best Zelda games I wouldn't rate it all that high but it was still a fun game, though the sailing parts got boring fast.

It's not up to the Zelda standard, but PH was great anyway.

But, uh, why is the title so different than the point of this thread?

I hated PH because of the stupid temple. That and I got stumped on some of the puzzles (how was I supposed to know I should have closed my DS for one of the puzzles? lol)

TLink9

It was to easy,by the way I hated that close ds puzzel to, Fine I'll change the title gosh.

Just kidding about the title wind waker was the best and they are destroying it. Have you even played Wind Waker?

I don't have a DS I'm sure I would enjoy those games whether they're as good as Windwaker or not.

1. To kill an enimie all you had to do is tap it, come on a 3 year old could do that.
2. The camera, The ph was birds eye view it made it way to easier.

1. To kill an enemy in Wind Waker, all you do is walk up to them and press B, maybe Z target a bit, whip out your sheild, use different items, come on a 6 year old could do that.
2. What's so bad about a bird's eye view? The majority of Zelda games have had it, surely it can't be that bad.

Sure, Phantom Hourglass was much too easy, shorter, and not as epic. But it is not realistic to expect a game of similar caliber since Hourglass was released on the DS (the Gamecube's hardware is much better). However, many others found the game to be fun. Isn't that what counts?

Also, I suspect Phantom Hourglass was very easy because the DS has a larger diversity (and just a general heck of a lot more) of gamers than the Gamecube had.

Indeed they were, probably my favorite Zelda in terms of style. Sadly the DS can't handle that though. Wait several years and maybe something similar to Win Waker's quality will be released on a handheld.

In ph you did not even see tetra in zelda form.

The thing about the bird eye vew is, just that it takes away the tenseness away.

The thing about tapping the monsters is that it locks on it right away and bam gone. The Wind Waker did not just pressed b and they were gone you can miss if you have bad aim.
