After downloading Game & Watch Chef I am out of blocks on my DSi. I guess my only option is to get an SD card and move games back and forth? Or, I could delete some and re-download them if I wanted right? For no charge? How do you guys manage your DSi space?

I use a SD card but yes, u could delete games and redownload them later at no charge.

Definitely get an SD card. It's much faster than re-downloading, and doesn't require wifi access obviously. I've been using this small 256 mb that I got with my digital camera, and I've managed to store a good amount of DSiWare on it, so I'd expect 1 GB should be plenty.

Get an SD card for sure. You could delete and re download but I don't recommend it. Since game files and save files are one thing in DSiware games, when you delete a game off your memory completely, all progress will also be gone. By copying to SD you keep your save files. Or, you know, Nintendo could get off their asses and get a storage solution going!

Good points guys. I guess I need to get an SD card soon because there are plenty more games I want to get. And like you say bboy, I don't want to lose my save files. Its just kinda annoying to have to move the games around but oh well. The price we pay for gaming lol

Even when they do implement a storage solution, you'll still need an SD card to take advantage of it, so you'll still need to get one eventually anyways.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

1 GB should be plenty for any DSi, but it does support up to 32 GB SDHC cards, in case you buy everything on DSiWare, are a professional DSi photographer and have every flipnote on Hatena known to man (and several known to monkeys).

Exactly.

Get a 2-4GB SD card if you're like me and wanna store music on it, too. Too bad DSi doesn't read MP3 files, though...
