If a bit of self-advertisement is allowed, my Android app "amiibuddy" can keep track of website stick for you from a bit over 20 different sites, and send push notifications to your phone when they become available. In addition, NFC-enabled phones can do a few fun things with them by just tapping the amiibo to the back of the device, as seen here in a fan-made video:

In the UK, Game have had a massive restock! Marth, Joe, Dede, Charizard to name a few. The assistant explained that they are slowly working there way through the older series first so if, like me, you are after a pac-man then there will be a small wait for them to be re-stocked. Anyhoo, check them out. They charge £5 more than Nintendo.co.uk but it's better than eBay.
