located at the "HOW TO" topic section

step 1
From the Nintendo 3DS HOME menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.

step 2
Scroll left and select "Settings / Other."

step 3 (Edit)
Scroll down and select "Your Downloads" to view a list of transactions.

step 4
The NES game will be listed here once it is available to download. Tap "Software Info," and then "Redownload" to begin the download process.

Thanks to me, all the Ambassadors won't be confused and hysterical on Thursday :)

Can't quite decipher if this line confirms all the games at once, or just one at a time. Singular "The NES game" makes me think it's one a week, but the fact they say "available to download (Sept 1st)" makes me think otherwise.

With the limited wi-fi access I have, for my own selfish convenience, I hope they are all released on the 1st. If not, at least it looks like we're definitely getting Mario on Thursday

So very true. I've gotten soooooo many notifications from Nintendo telling me about things I've seen on the internet and done before I got the notification. You watch, we'll see a story on Nintendo Life or see a tweet on twitter saying it's up and we'll all go and download them. Then a day or more later Nintendo will send us a notification about it.

I guess it's a good thing, it means we don't hit the servers as hard ;)
