I noticed that europe already has Starfox 64 as a 19.99 dollar Nintendo Select product. Does anyone know how long it takes before that happens in USA. Hard copies are going for 60+ dollars on ebay and digital still is 40. The same thing happened with Ocarina of Time before it finally came out as a Nintendo Select. The price shot up then it dropped down to nothing a few months later.
I really don't want to pay more than 20 bucks for this game if it's going to be a Nintendo Select product.
It's a real shame that the Nintendo Selects titles differ from region to region. Star Fox 64 3D is one of the few games I don't have, but really want, yet can't reasonably purchase at the high asking price. Same for ALBW.
Now since the Switch is region free, these constraints won't necessarily continue. Just the price hike for importing and or currency exchange.
Truly, I just hope NoA does at least one more run of 3DS Nintendo Selects and tries to match up the stuff other territories have.
I was lucky enough to get it from Club Nintendo for free as a Platinum reward one year. I'd be surprised if there was a new batch of selects, as releasing them or creating new ones wouldn't really push the Switch in sales. Best bet is to see if there's an eShop sale sometime down the line.
