I'm getting a new 3ds but some of my games are digital and I want to transfer data but 4 gb will not do(oras takes up too much space) and I found a good 32 gb micro sd card(sandisk) and I want to know if it works

Nintendo themselves have only confirmed support for SD cards (including micro SD) up to 32GB, so you'll be fine. You may experience issues using higher capacity cards, however.

I'm also using a 32GB Micro SD card in my New 3DS.

Any of them.

You will not experience any issues with cards above 32gb, provided you format them to FAT32 just like any other SD card you would use has to be. Only difference is cards above 32 come formatted as FAT XT so you have to proactively format them to FAT32.

Long as you do that, you can use any SD card.

I suggest a quality 32GB card. You really won't need anything larger than that and the system does work better if the size is kept within that limit. So get a quality 32GB microSD card from SanDisk or Kingston (other brands to consider are Toshiba, Sony and Samsung), don't get anything cheap non-brand name.

I personally suggest either this:

Or this:
