I have tried 15 videos now and every one works perfectly.In the 3D options for the youtube video you want, select:NO GLASSES then PARRALEL, then Swap right-left (or it will be reverse 3D on the 3DS)
Next just copy the URL into the program and start the conversion.

The problem with people wanting YouTube in 3D, is that a) a 3D video file (that's long) would be huge to upload, b) videos on youtube are in 2D.

Old news. I've already downloaded 3D videos from youtube few days after the video update came.

@Aviator There are actually a large amount of YouTube videos that do support 3D. But there really isn't enough for it to be worth an app that lets you watch 3D YouTube videos.
Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

I prefer instead that Nintendo launch an update enabling internet youtube video watching.
Maybe one of this days they will stop thinking that concepts like full internet browser and people comunication are the "DEVIL"
