i was thinking of a hubworld in the mushroom kingdom, kinda like the Mario & Luigi series but in a 3d enviroment, like say for instance, remember the begining of super mario galaxy? when youd run around the mushroom kingdom? like that, but RPG. i.e. (Ocarina of Time feel, just in mushroom kingdom with mario.) Any other thoughts for a new mario game?

I have a crazy idea. How about this Mario character can jump when you press A? And he can jump below blocks and they break. But some of them have mushrooms in them. And when Mario gets the mushroom, he becomes bigger.
I just want Super Mario Land on the 3DS VC. They can do whatever they want after that.
Yeah man. It seems like Nintendo has forgotten Super Mario Land... I mean, it gave us Princess Daisy (Not a huge deal, but still). In all of those 25 years of Mario videos on Nintendo Channel, they go through most all the games, even including New Super Mario Brothers DS but do not mention Super Mario Land. I would love that.
Back to topic, sorry. As far as a new Mario game on 3DS... it would honestly just have to be something new and original to impress me. I'm still not sold on this 3D hype. I enjoy watching movies in 3D in theaters, but you know... it's just not a big deal for me. We're getting two 3DSs on launch though, so I'm sure my mind will change.
