Topic: Question on 3DS CO-OP / Multiplayer Pokemon Games?!

So I was thinking of buying two Nintendo 3DS but here is the big question. Are there any Pokemon games that I can play with my gf in a co-op type aka. together? I was reading something on the net but was not so sure. I don't mean only like a arena option but more like whole story line - player campaign etc? So that we can play together trough the whole Pokemon game, and have some fun. Also if there are other worthy co-op, multiplayer games I should check out?

No pokemon game are like that. I don't even think you can do that with any 3ds game.
There's some co-op games out there I can recommend but it's "arena" style or special missions that you don't seem to want.

Little Battlers eXperience: LBX - I'm having fun playing this now. You can do ranking battles in co-op or battle each other. There's no online multiplayer only local. Easy game gets harder post-game.

Monster Hunter 4U - The game is a grind and takes a long time if you feel like doing everything. It's a hard game.

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon - The multiplayer is a tower you have to go up while catching ghosts.

Fantasy Life - Great game. Easy to learn controls, kinda of a grind but a real fun one. It's cute too she might like that.

Well the only games that are co-op for the campaign... I think... are Zelda: Triforce Heroes. New Super Mario Bros 2, and kind of Fantasy Life. You can't play Zelda though, since that requires three players. There are plenty of games, however, where you can play competitively against each other, like Smash Bros and Mario Kart. These games are very fun in multiplayer as well. In Pokemon, you can take your team from your game, and battle against another person's game... Sorry, no co-op.
