This is just a list of all puzzles, completed or not.
I'm trying to get all the info about Puzzle Swap in one place.
I don't know if there are different puzzles for different regions or not though.

and mine are not all complete, i'm missing like 50 pieces across 5-8 puzzles

Oh, I misunderstood as well. This is a reference, yes? I believe Japan (and maybe Europe) got a Fire Emblem: Awakening puzzle.

Can anyone confirm this? If true, how many Pieces in total does it have?

Europe definetly didn't get it, Australia didn't, I doubt they would do that with a Puzzle Swap Panel.
