Likely not, as the game's been out in Japan ever since the launch and to my knowledge, they didn't get anything Layton-related in Puzzle Swap. Thus, we won't, either.
Not unless they do it in another holiday update like last years PilotWings Resort one (launchish title sent at a later date)
