Yesterday I got a shiny female Heracross named 'Valentine'. This Heracross had 5 IVs, adamant nature, and it's moves were PP upped. It also happened to come from a previous generation, and had the exact amount of EXP to be level 50, no more and no less. A hacker had too much free time.

Honestly, I can get unlimited Dittos in that Pokemon village.
but not Dittos with 2 Perfect IVs(at least not easily) like in Friend Safari

but Japanese Pokémon are extremely helpful if you put a Pokémon from another place in the world with one from your region to breed the eggs will appear more often and with a higher chance of being shiny, two birds with one stone!

but they had pokebank longer than us plus they had the shiny genesect event but I don't think they can be wonder traded
