You have to replay the DLC chapter they came from, and beat it again, but they'll revert back to the level and stats they had when you got them the first time.

Anyways, you can't play in competitive multiplayer but you do have Street Pass Teams, Serenes has a page on it, there is also Dual Tagging, which is co-operative multiplayer.

Good luck finding a street pass partner on that one. Sounds cool though! Best street pass option yet by the sounds of it!
