There are Bombchu's you have to buy, but they're not necessary, except for maybe the Spirit Temple...
exactly, and not exactly. you do need 1 bomchu in the normal game but thats just for ganons castle! other than that rupees are pointless except for buying the shields.
Out of every time I've ever been to gamestop I've only seen one man eat a pair of pants.
I've already gotten all 100 in the normal game. I'm now working on the Master Quest, I think i've got 80-something so far (the ones in dungeons require a lot of back-tracking to get, especially the ones in the child dungeons, which require bombs, boomerang and Song of Time for Inside the Deku Tree and Dodongo's cavern, and Lens of Truth in addition to those for Jabu-Jabu's Belly).
Please sign my petition to get a European (and Australian) release for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked for the 3DS. Don't let Europe be deprived of another amazing game.
I might just do it for the hell of it. I'm enjoying the hunt, especially on Master Quest. If not, I at least got my 50 so I'll be able to get all the heart pieces. I beat the main quest with 50 Skulltulas and all but two heart pieces, so I'm off to a solid start.

Yes collect those if you play the master quest !! Until the past few days i played the master quest first time ever , yes its unbelievable ... Well and i have to say the improvement and joy comes really from the different skulltula search. Finding a new skulltula in a dungeon is just much more fun. Some really seem better guarded than heart pieces ! -> Many enemies and puzzles involved etc Other than that the bosses seem to be the same then in normal mode. I got about 60 skulltulas in master quest and its still fun finding em or fighting triple stalfons for that matter
Well that depends...in the original Ocarina of Time I used the "trick" to easily get to the maximum. I doubt I'll bother in the 3DS version unless of course the boomerang thing is still around.
Also, Bombchus are pretty handy for battles where you don't want to get near your opponents (or if you're lazy). Stalfos and Iron Knuckles are extremely easy when you have the mice.

yes solarknight, but you cant use bombchus in narrow spaces because you would blow yourself up Try to fight the stalfons in the narrow way in forest temple or try those triple stalfons in the skulltula room in water temple -> too time consuming and too dangerous. They just hack 8 hearts away from you before you even got one bombchu running which will blow yourself up anyway lol And mummys seem to be immune to bombchus somehow Tryed it today in the well dungeon. Immune to boomerang , fling shot , bombs and even bombchus. Crazy mummys ....
Never have before, so what better way of justifying fourty dollars than 100% the game?
Just too bad doing it in the normal game has killed incentive to do it in Master Quest. Oh well! Still, really fun and satisfying getting them all, even with the lame 200-Rupee reward, the satisfaction of the hunt is really what matters.
There's this trick that I did so that I could get the heart piece in lake hylia from the old guy without using a golden scale So right now I have all 20 hearts but still a silver scale The reason why I did this is because I'm not very good at fishing and it takes a long time for me to get a 15+ pound fish.
