Ok, so I have a ton of games that I'd like to see, that will never be made. I want to see what other people want, as well. I put it here, because the 3DS makes games viable, since HD games on consoles are more expensive. In other words, people can take a chance on a handheld game. But, even Revelations has shown that handheld games (even the 3DS, lol) can look really nice.
Planet of The Apes - A third person, action adventure, with survival elements. Crash land on Earth, in the far flung future, and battle the Ape dominated world. Lead your band of silent humans, or lead a revolution against the apes, with disgruntled chimpanzees! You decide!
Mars Exists - Baldur's Gate...on Mars.
Nintendo x Capcom - Project X Zone, but with Nintendo, and Capcom franchises.

Sorry! I really want to see it, but yeah...something like Tatsunoko vs. Capcom would also be mind blowing. God, I loved that game.
Tatsunoko VS. Capcom was one of my favorite fighting games!!!and it has shown me some good anime by Tatsunoko productions like casshern sins and Gatchaman!

Now this is an absolutely wild idea here,and I doubt it'll happen but a FPS game on 3DS.
your Idea gave me an even wilder Idea! an AR multiplayer FPS where players have to aim with the camera at each other's 3DS and shoot!

A proper 3d platformer, Donkey Kong or something would be great, i really miss those huge collect a ton platformers. Mario Sunshine sequel would also be great.
The n-64 Turok games should be remade for the 3ds, maybe the whole triology in one cartridge, that would be great.

Oh, I forgot! I am so ready for a WW2 game, again. I miss them so much, as I love military history, and what the soldier who fought in that war, in particular, went through. So, a gritty WW2 game.
A Time Of War - Each mission takes you to a specific mission, by a real WW2 veteran. The game would be realistic, but not quite full on simulation. The focus, however, would be on the story of the soldier involved. What he did in that mission, and what he went through. How it affected the battle going on in that area, and what medals he received. Was he even killed in action? Did he save those in his squad? Was he captured? You relive this mission, and can maybe even change it, in this game! I would include veterans from every major country that fought, and as many of the minor countries, as possible. US, UK, Russia, Germany, and Japan. Minor countries would be Finland, France, China, etc.
Each mission would be completely different than the one before it: German Tank Commander in the invasion of France, French soldiers defending the Maginot Line, Naval battles in the Pacific, air battles in Europe, etc.
I still think they should make a game like face raiders but with competitive multiplayer!!
BOO YEAH! taking handheld games to the next level! make the real world your game stage! shoot at your friends in AR no more need for a circle pad! just run around aiming with the camera and pushing the trigger!!!!(with an exclusive package of 3DS protection so it won't break from falling )

@GustavoSF : One problem, what if someone put their hand in front the 3DS, and also those AR games are really finicky. The 3DS would have to be able to read the AR code on your opponents 3DS.

WarioWare DIY 2 for 3DS and Wii U - DIY may not have sold well on DS/Wii in America, but it sold great in Japan, so they could do a sequel and give it 2nd chance in America
Pac-Man VS for 3DS and/or Wii U - Give it 5 players instead of 4, online, and lots of new mazes
Clubhouse Games 3D - With all of the games from both Clubhouse Games and Daredemo Asobi Taizen plus more games, better online, and Mii icons
A new Twinbee or Gradius - The 3DS is starting to get a large shmup library now so Konami should give the 3DS a shot as well
