How horrifying can this game really be? Graphics look so cute... Anyway, looking forward to finding out, I preordered the SE on Amazon.

Cheers, I'm actually really looking forward to it and I'm all aboard on the hype train! It isn't the 16 bit graphics, but more the 'chibi' style I was joking about.

Since my last post here, I've watched a couple of gameplay videos and screenshots and it looks creepy as hell! I bet the sound will be a major part of the game too, and if you really want to be scared, to play with headphones in the dark...

The sound design is very important in this game. Playing in the dark with headphones is definitely the best way to experience it. The binaural audio is really impressive and freaky at times.

I hope you didn't spoil much for yourself. This game is better the more blind you go into your initial playthrough.

Very good game . Will definitely get this and play it again. Terrific atmosphere and as others have said , needs to be played with headphones to enjoy fully.

If you haven't played Corpse Party you should definetly try it.
I played all Games in the Series, and the first one is still great after so many Years.
Hopefully this Game get's released in Europe, i really need a physical copy.

Sometimes i feel like i'm the only Shiren Fan on this Website. His Games definetly deserve more attention.

Well, we got the Retail Version for Corpse Party Blood Drive (Which wasn't that good in my opinion) and the Corpse Party Blood Covered Manga, so who knows, there might be a chance for a Retail Version of the First Game.
