@Mart1ndo @UK-Nintendo Thank goodness I'm not alone. I bought a Switch from Mella25 and they haven't been replying to any messages since I placed the order. I haven't seen any money taken out of my bank account (how do I check if they've placed a claim?) and I've placed a claim with Amazon but I hope I haven't been scammed.

The only reason I caved was because they have two positive reviews from customers (from a long time ago, admittedly), what do you think the deal is with that?
