@bherdm i hate to be the one to tell you this because you are obviously a little sensitive about perceived slights, but nintendo battery life often sucks in my recollection. fortunately amazon and ebay will always stock chinese replacement parts.

Remember when the 3DS came out and wasn't sold at a loss? It didn't go so good.

I couldn't get into it on psp. Low production values and all the deaths amount to step on this square and instantly die. Also, I spent most of my time backtracking and walking around lost trying to find some small thing I missed that was preventing me from progressing in the story.

@bherdm external batteries are cheap and amazing now. Who cares about internal battery life when the 24000 mAh charger in my bag can keep it running for a week without a recharge.

It takes on tablets for gaming, but gaming is the worst thing about tablets.

How do you compete with mobile without a touchscreen? You can't even steal their killer apps, which was never even enough for Vita to compete to begin with.

@huxxny what this is really telling me is that the switch will not actually be replacing the 3DS. We can probably expect a dual-screen with touch portable somewhere down the line.
