Very excited about playing bomberman on the switch, but, man, is this game ugly. And while the character models and animations are middling, and the explosion effects are terrible, it's really the lighting and shading and overall art direction that kill it for me. The dead colors and drab overall visual result make the series no justice at all. I'd rather play a 16-bit 4-player version, tbh.
Maybe they'll release Neo Bomberman on the VC? Yea, unlikely, I know.
Mmmm yea... the sprites are fine, but, as much as they may have the justification of reflecting the original gameplay, the choppy animation just doesn't cut it. Also, the lack of parallax scrolling combined with the zoomed-in view makes backgrounds look terrible. I'd say the original game actually looks better than this. And if gameplay is the same, as it does seem to be, I see no reason to play this over the original, at all.
This is genius, actually. If they can get the screen to respond perfectly to the shell's commands, we could have different shells to work with different games, as in a 3ds shell for ds/3ds virtual console (screen laud out vertically), a wiiu shell for general purpose, a six-button plus joystick shell for fighting games... Awesome!
I'll believe it when I see it. I've said it elsewhere, and will say it again:
I got Injustice for Wii U, WB abandoned the game, not releasing all DLC. I got Mortal Kombat X for the PC, WB abandoned the game, not releasing all DLC. WB can go suck on a doorknob for all I care.

Re: Random: Official Legend Of Zelda Art Shows Link In A Revealing New Light
This is a production image, not dirty fan art... Did anyone really expect they'd draw his master sword and rupees?

Re: Warner Bros. Is Committed To Supporting Nintendo NX
@Dregoth Yeah, I rarely do comment myself, but I had to login and leave this here... boooo WB for lacking commitment to their customers.
