People are seriously ready to pay $80 for this? If I'm not getting as many tracks as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe + the expansion for $80, why do I care? When did anyone ask for Mario Kart to be open world? I don't want to drive around a big map just to look at things and select my course. Mario Kart has always been a party game I can load up quickly when friends come over. I feel like they're "innovating" on things that didn't need to be changed. Like the prices. The U.S. just launched massive tariffs on everybody to the point that GOODWILL is picked over... are they not worried about pricing out a giant share of their market? I'm not paying more than $60 for a game. $70 for a "good" game was pushing it. They've lost me as a customer flat out.
