Why people keep saying that Mario characters are italians? Aren't they from mushroom kingdom? I don't think Italy exists in the series.
And yes, Nintendo IS being racist when it doesn't include any variety of humans. The message they send is clear: Only white people with blue eyes can be heroes and princesses

Hope they meet their goal, seems like a good game!
Loving the art style, specially those trees! I would only change the name, for something simpler, like Red. haha
