It does happen i don't really have it happen much but i sit wieredly and sometimes knock it slightly on my knees and it only take a little flick and it sais removed its annoying about 3 times now atleast for me in a month and im sure it will keep happening. Also find it feels more plasticky and my screen has a lot of give moving left to right compared to me standard 3ds xl. Also find that the new c stick is not that great especially going down and seems to get gradually less responsive constantly as its held down. Other than that i think the 3d is better still a lot of like ghosting though. I also fine the sound controls are betttter and am quite happy with the speed of menus just wish i could still use my circle pad pro and the game slot was at the back.
