No More Heroes 3 let me down a little bit, too self-referential to Suda's other works without giving the story much of a leg to stand on. Combat was good but I rarely come back to it.
I'd rather Suda try his hand at another original title.
I have a strange feeling; the new Rogueport composition sounds amazing fully orchestrated, but I almost wonder if it's too bombastic for a hub world. I love listening to it, but the OG track was a bit more dialed back. Maybe I'm complaining about nothing.
Not a dealbreaker for me, but it's disappointing. You would expect a remake to be better in every conceivable way, especially in the technical department. If the hardware isn't there yet, this would have been better off as a launch title for the Switch 2. Still, I'm glad we're getting it.
On one hand, you poke the swarming hornet's nest that is Nintendo and you ought to expect trouble. But seriously, millions over what I understand to be modchips? Yes, they enable piracy, yadda yadda--but ruining this guy's life?
Throw him in prison for a few years, fine him, but Christ, don't saddle him with impossible debt.
A Metroidvania that takes cues from Dread's movement is a good thing! Just wish that the combat looked more responsive. Not much visual feedback when the enemies are struck.

No no, you don't understand, the Dan stress ball and a SNES rom is worth the hundred dollars
Re: WayForward's 'Clock Tower' Switch Port Receives Stunning Physical Editions
Just give me the stickers and the poster. Damn, $124.99?
Will probably just grab standard edition at launch.

Unrelated but I love the bewildered Jason Alexander profile pic.

Re: Detective Turn-Based RPG 'Pixel Noir' Uncovers Switch Release Date
Part of me wishes the game was in monochrome/limited color, but this looks dope.
Re: Footage From Sonic Frontiers' Cyber Space Stages Emerges From Gamescom
Cautiously optimistic for Frontiers right now, but the homing attack is not all there. That full pause upon impact seems really flow-breaking.
