@thiswaynow Sensitive? I mean, your eyes are working I'm assuming if you're playing games, and that's all you need to be able to see the framerate dropping. It's not something you "sense", you just see it with your eyes. It's extremely obvious.
@Lizuka Not even close, it happens hundreds of times every time I play. Every time you leave buildings, transition to different areas, and many other situations. I'm still enjoying the game, but the framerate issues are not being blown out of proportion.
@thiswaynow That's pretty bizarre that you aren't able to notice them dude, they are extremely obvious and happen constantly. I'm talking EXTREMELY OBVIOUS. I'm not surprised though, in every article about framerate there are always a few people saying "I haven't noticed any framerate issues!"
@GeminiSaint Answer is simple, all sticks experience wear but the issue has been so widely reported on and amplified that it starts to feel like every stick is having issues. My joy-cons are from a day 1 launch unit that is played every single day in portable mode, and neither stick drifts. Websites like NL, Polygon, etc will take every chance to report on something like this because fear drives clicks, and clicks are money. These websites have their place, hearing about new games, hearing about interviews, sales, etc, but they have nothing to do with journalism. For example, remember when for weeks after launch it felt like every single Switch was being scratched by the dock due to nonstop reporting? A cottage industry for alternate docking solutions sprang up around the anxiety and fear generated by articles like this on almost every tech website. I continue to dock and undock mine daily, I have 3 different docks that I use purchased at different points in time (bedroom, living room, guest building), and I continue to have zero scratches...
The price of one Switch Lite is so little when compared to the views this video will be getting for YEARS, and they get to be first too. Totally fake, NL is obviously a for clicks too so of course they "reported" on it instantly. What a joke.
@m8e3point1415 Actually there are many, many examples of Nintendo games on NES, SNES, Game Boy, and N64 that had low framerates or very significant dips in framerate depending on the action or area. Nintendo is known for pushing the hardware they use certainly, but acting like framerate drops are new to Nintendo is just completely false.

Re: There's No Need To Be Afraid Of This Day One Update For Luigi's Mansion 3
@Kalmaro Sharing the game and being able to re-sell are HUGE advantages over the digital copy, why would you play them down? Silly.
Re: Uh-Oh, We've Got Our First Reported Case Of Drift On The Switch Lite
@Kit The Lite being added to a lawsuit doesn't make it true bud.

Re: Poll: Is Your Switch Lite Suffering From Joy-Con Drift?
NL is trash. Recommendations for other Nintendo news sites anyone?

Re: Talking Point: Why Is It So Hard To Buy A Switch Dock Set?
They’re everywhere on the US west coast. Had no trouble finding an extra AC adapter and a few extra docks, still see them in stock all over.
Also for people claiming that you can buy the official extremely cheaply at retailers online, Amazon etc... you might be buying knock-offs.
Re: Music: Metroid, Kid Icarus And Earthbound Composer Has Released His First Album
