@Cobalt Nope, total turn off for me this flash game graphics is. Therefore this is gonna be a total pass for me as is every game that represents this visual style. I understand that many people like these cartoonish looks but I'm not one of them.
Streets of rage was one of my favorite co-op game with Megadrive back in the day. This just doesn't seem to have the same feel to it.
@sdelfin I understand exactly what you mean. Just about every revival/rehash I've tried have lacked the feel and atmosphere of the original game/series. Even most of the sequels these days have lost the magic the series used to have.
I've played a lot with Dreamcast lately and I've enjoyed it a lot more than playing these endless ports, remakes and sequels for modern consoles. Funny thing though is that only game I've been waiting recently is a sequel to old series: Shenmue 3. I've been waiting the conclusion for Ryo's story almost 20 years. The last chapter of Shenmue Saga will also be my last chapter in modern gaming.
Artstyle really turns me off. Never liked this cartoonish look and never will. It has made me pass games before and it makes me pass this one also. Such a shame, I really loved those old titles but at least I can play them whenever I feel like.
Still one of my all time favourites and I would buy Switch in an instant for a sequel or even for HD remaster.
The game was hard but not impossible. I still remember the feeling of success when I got those arcade tracks open. To open the Ax cup you have to beat other cups at hardest difficulty. I could only achieve that by making my own ship which is named Frost Lynx - no one the game's premade vehicles suited me that well.
I only gave up on the story mode's last mission. I still try it sometimes but not with the same passion I used to have.
So, my 30 year reationship with Nintendo ends with Wii U Zelda:BotW and Nes Mini. Switch shows that Nintendo has learned nothing since Wii U release. With pro controller, memory card and game this would be way too expensive for what it offers. Online service is a joke with that smart phone app and monthly Nes/Snes game.
Well, now I can use the money I saved for Switch to PS4 Pro and finally play Shenmue 3 when it releases at the end of this year. And maybe even hd remakes of Shenmue 1&2.
Thank you, Nintendo, for these great 30 years (well, the last couple of years hasn't been so great). Now it's time for us to go separate ways. I may reconsider when Switch costs 150€ AND has new F-Zero.

@Heavyarms55 : "Let me be as clear as I can be:
I hate the so-called free to play model and consider it one of the worst things in gaming today."
I consider the gaming industry these days being the worst thing in gaming today.

Still great game with two players.

Where's Lone Survivor?!? That's my choice for this Halloween.
Re: Review: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD (Wii U)
Can you walk around in first person mode like in Wind Waker HD or do you have to just stand still while enjoying the scenery?

If you want traditional, classic Super Mario platforming stages then here's a bunch:

Almost four full worlds, 15 stages to be precise. And I can promise there's quality in them.
